2. Products & Availability

All product listings, specifications, and availability details are subject to change. Product availability is dynamically updated based on live inventory counts. In the event an item becomes out of stock or unavailable during checkout, order validation will notify you prior to placement.

3. Orders & Guest Checkout

Purchases on Annapurna Arms are completed via guest checkout. By placing an order, you warrant that all contact, delivery address, and identification details provided are accurate. An order confirmation with a unique reference number (e.g., ORD-YYYYMMDD-XXXX) is generated upon successful placement.

4. Pricing & Payments

All monetary amounts are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR). Prices quoted at checkout are binding for that transaction once confirmed. Accepted record-only payment options include Cash on Delivery (COD), E-wallets, and Bank Transfer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We provide Pan-India delivery. Shipping and delivery charges are borne by the customer and are not included in the product price. Charges vary depending on the product, package and delivery location. The applicable charges and delivery details will be communicated before the order is finalised. You can track your shipment using your order number on our dedicated Track Order page.

6. Return & Refund Policy

No Returns or Refunds After Purchase

At Annapurna Arms & Ammunition, we believe customers should have complete clarity before making a purchase. Customers are encouraged to inspect the product, understand its specifications, ask questions and seek all necessary information before completing their purchase.

Once an airgun has been purchased, returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted. We therefore encourage customers to take sufficient time before completing their purchase and to ensure that the product meets their requirements.

Warranty Support

Certain airguns may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage, duration and conditions vary by manufacturer and product. If an airgun develops a problem during the applicable warranty period, the product will be inspected and handled according to the manufacturer's warranty terms and procedures. Where the issue is covered under warranty, the applicable warranty service will be provided in accordance with the manufacturer's policy.

Repairs After Warranty

Our service support does not end when the warranty period expires. If an airgun requires servicing or repair after the warranty period, we can provide repair and maintenance support on a chargeable basis, subject to the availability of parts and the nature of the repair.

Charges may apply for:

• Repairs outside the warranty period
• Parts and spare components
• Maintenance and servicing
• Damage or issues not covered by the manufacturer's warranty
• Any other work not covered under applicable warranty terms

Important:Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions. Warranty coverage does not constitute a return or refund entitlement. Our team will assist customers with the applicable inspection, service, repair or manufacturer coordination process wherever required.

7. User Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for verifying that their acquisition and possession of items align with applicable statutory regulations and regional guidelines. A valid Aadhaar Card is required for identification at the time of purchase of airguns.

8. Limitation of Liability

Annapurna Arms & Ammunition shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use, order delays, or third-party carrier performance beyond reasonable operational control.
